User & Site Contact Phone Numbers

QPilot merchants and account holders have the option to save their contact phone numbers, so they may be reached by phone with important notices regarding their QPilot site or account.

When to Use

• If you manage several QPilot site's and want to ensure you are notified by phone regarding important communication regarding your QPilot account.
• If you manage a QPilot site and want to be contacted by phone regarding important communication regarding your QPilot site in case an email was not received.

How to Set Up a QPilot Account Phone Number

• To set up an optional contact phone number for your QPilot account go to QPilot Merchant Center > My Account > Profile.

• Select "Add a phone number" and enter the phone number you prefer QPilot to reach you at for any alerts regarding your QPilot account.### How to Set Up a QPilot Site Phone Number

• To set up an optional phone number for a QPilot site select "Edit Site" from the site options menu in your QPilot Merchant Center.

• Then, enter the phone number you prefer QPilot to reach you at for any alerts regarding this QPilot site.
