Customer Metrics
This report displays a real-time and exportable snapshot of Customers with key performance metrics including Customer Created Date, First Scheduled Order Created Date, Lifetime Value, Product, and Processing Cycle metrics for a customer's Scheduled Order(s) by status.
The report can be additionally be filtered by a date range (based on the Customer Created Date) and the results can be exported to a CSV file.
Columns in the Customer Metrics Report
- Customer Id
- Customer External Id
- Customer Email
- Customer's Email
- Customer Created Date
- Date customer was created on QPilot
- First Scheduled Order Created
- The first time a Scheduled Order was processed for this customer
- Total Scheduled Orders Active
- Count of customer's "Active" status Scheduled Orders
- Total Scheduled Orders Active Value
- The accumulated (subtotal) value for customer's "Active" Scheduled Orders
- Total Scheduled Orders Paused
- Count of customer's "Paused" status Scheduled Orders
- Total Scheduled Orders Paused Value
- The accumulated (subtotal) value for customer's "Paused" Scheduled Orders
- Total Scheduled Orders Failed
- Count of customer's "Failed" status Scheduled Orders
- Total Scheduled Orders Failed Value
- The accumulated (subtotal) value for customer's "Failed" Scheduled Orders
- Total Scheduled Orders Deleted
- Count of customer's "Deleted" status Scheduled Orders
- Total Scheduled Orders Deleted Value
- The accumulated (subtotal) value for customer's "Deleted" Scheduled Orders
- Total Scheduled Orders Lifetime Value
- Total accumulated value of customer's Scheduled Order(s) that have processed successfully
- Average Processing Cycle Value
- The average value of all customer's Scheduled Order(s) across all Processing Cycles
- Last Successful Processing Cycle Date
- The date of the last successful Scheduled Order Processing Cycle for customer
- Last Failed Processing Cycle Date
- The date of the last failed Scheduled Order Processing Cycle for the customer
- Last Paused Scheduled Order Date
- The date of the last Scheduled Order that was set to "Paused" status
- Total Successful Processing Cycles
- The total number of successful Processing Cycles across a customer's Scheduled Orders
