What This Means

The payment request failed due to an error with Paya's servers. You will need to login to your payment gateway to verify if a payment has been processed successfully or not.

Suggested Next Steps

1. To avoid a duplicate transaction, first, check within your Paya gateway for a processed payment for this Scheduled Order using the GatewayCustomerID.
   • If the payment was successful, simply go to the last processing cycle, and Complete the Processing Cycle.
2. If the transaction was not paid successfully in Paya, and you wish to retry processing the payment, you can Restart Processing the Failed Scheduled Order.
