The payment request failed due to an error with Paya's servers. You will need to login to your payment gateway to verify if a payment has been processed successfully or not.
- To avoid a duplicate transaction, first, check within your Paya gateway for a processed payment for this Scheduled Order using the GatewayCustomerID.
- If the payment was successful, simply go to the last processing cycle, and Complete the Processing Cycle.
- If the transaction was not paid successfully in Paya, and you wish to retry processing the payment, you can Restart Processing the Failed Scheduled Order.
