- Review the product(s) within this Scheduled Order to see what shipping class(es) are missing from your connected QPilot Site's Shipping Rates
- Review the shipping address information for this Scheduled Order to ensure it qualifies for an existing shipping rate
- If no shipping rate exists that would apply to this scheduled order, add a new shipping rate in QPilot > Site > Shipping Rates that includes the necessary shipping class
Once this issue is resolved, you should use the action to Restart Processing the Failed Scheduled Order.
