Your QPilot Square integration does not have the authorization to connect with Square, therefore Square responded with an HTTP 403 (Forbidden) error.
This is often due to an issue with the Access Token QPilot is using to make the request and often indicates the Access Token has been changed or revoked.
- Invalid Access Token
- Invalid Location Id
- Square environment set to "Test"
- Payment Integration for Square set to "Test"
Check your Square Payment Integration settings in your connected QPilot Site ( QPilot Merchant Center > Site Dashboard> Payment Integrations >> Square ) and compare to your Square Developer Dashboard to verify.
- Access Token matches
- Location Id matches
- Neither the Integration nor your Square gateway is in "Test" mode
Once this issue is resolved, you should use the action to Restart Processing the Failed Scheduled Order.
