The payment request failed due to an error with Paya's servers. You will need to log in to your payment gateway to verify if a payment has been processed successfully or not.
To avoid a duplicate transaction, first, check within your Paya gateway for a processed payment for this Scheduled Order using the GatewayCustomerID.
- If the payment was successful, ensure that the next occurrence date for the Scheduled Order is updated to the accurate future next occurrence date (by checking the frequency of the Scheduled Order) and update the status of the Scheduled Order to "Active".
If the transaction was not paid successfully in Paya, and you wish to retry processing the payment, you can Continue Processing the Failed Scheduled Order.
