- Issue with your NMI account not able to process vault transactions for recurring payments
- Other issue with your NMI merchant account
Log into your NMI gateway and check your vault configuration regarding recurring payments.
If your configuration looks correct, contact NMI support regarding this failure.
Once this issue is resolved, you should use the action to Restart Processing the Failed Scheduled Order.
