This happens when the Scheduled Order subtotal is $0 and the shipping rate is greater than $0. This limitation is with the PayPal gateway itself, as it does not accept Item Totals of $0.

  • Coupons reducing the Scheduled Order subtotal to $0 when a shipping rate of more than $0 is applied

This Scheduled Order may be successfully processed, however you will need to edit the Scheduled Order. You may choose one of the following actions:

  • Process the Scheduled Order with another payment gateway (for example: Braintree)
  • Any Coupons attached reducing the Subtotal to $0 will have to be edited to ensure the Subtotal is above $0
  • The shipping rate will have to be reduced to $0 (no charge made to customer)
