Common Causes For This Error

  • You are trying to process a payment using a Payment Integration that is not added to your connected QPilot Site. You can review your payment integrations by visiting QPilot > Site > Payment Integrations
  • Your Payment Integration is set to "test" mode and you are trying to process a "live" or "production" payment method.
