What This Means
Your Stripe account has not been activated and can only make test charges.
Suggested Next Steps

Activate your Stripe account in the Stripe Dashboard to begin processing live charges.

Check the API keys that you have used to setup Stripe in your connected QPilot Site (in QPilot > Site > Payment Integrations)
Note: The first Stripe API Key value field is the "Secret Key" and the second is the "Publishable Key"
After Resolving The Issue
Once this issue is resolved, you should use the action to Restart Processing the Failed Scheduled Order.
