• Product Type
  • What is the product type as set in your connected QPilot site
  • Examples: Simple, variable, grouped, etc

Product ID

• Parent Product ID
  • If a variable product, what is the external product id for the parent product. If not a variable product, this is left blank
• External Id
  • The product Id as set in your connected QPilot site
  • This is the Id used to sync the product from your connected site to QPilot
• Sku
  • What is the product SKU as set in your connected QPilot site
  • Blank by default

Product Availability

• Add to Scheduled Order
  • This setting controls whether the product can be added to Scheduled Orders
  • If checked, customers can add the product to existing Scheduled Orders
  • If unchecked, the product can not be added to Scheduled Orders
• Process Scheduled Order
  • This setting controls whether the product can be processed on any Scheduled Orders
  • If checked, Scheduled Orders containing this product will successfully process
  • If unchecked, the product can not be processed in Scheduled Orders (will fail for a 1001 error)

Product Description

• Title
  • The product title set in your connected QPilot site
• Description
  • The product description set in your connected QPilot site

Product Details

• Price
  • The regular price as set in your connected QPilot site
• Sale Price
  • The price for QPilot Scheduled Orders (sometimes referred to as the "recurring price")
  • If no discount for Scheduled Orders is set, the regular price is used
• Length
  • How long is the product (used for shipping calculations)
  • Blank by default
• Width
  • How wide is the product (used for shipping calculations)
  • Blank by default
• Height
  • How high is the product (used for shipping calculations)
  • Blank by default
• Unit of Length
  • If blank, QPilot will default to your site settings. If set in your connected QPilot site, then the value will reflect this setting
• Weight
  • How much does the product weight (used for shipping calculation)
  • Blank by default
• Unit of Weight
  • If blank, QPilot will default to your site settings. If set in your connected QPilot site, then the value will reflect this setting
• Shipping Class
  • Blank unless you have added a shipping class to this product in your connected QPilot site
• Tax Class
  • Blank unless you have added a tax class to this product in your connected QPilot site
• Stock Level
  • What is the current stock status or level (count)
