This is likely a temporary OPaya server outage due to maintenance or another internal server error.
To avoid a duplicate transaction, first, check within your OPaya gateway account to see if a transaction was created for this order.
You can find the GatewayCustomerId in WP-Admin > Autoship Cloud > Scheduled Orders >> Payment Method, then read the payment method description.
