Coupon Fields

• Internal Name
  • Coupon name (for Admins internal use, does not display to customers)
• Coupon Code (required)
  • The code used to search for and attach the coupon to Scheduled Orders

Configure Discount

Discount Type (required)

• Reduce Subtotal By Percentage
  • Reduces Scheduled Order subtotal by percentage according to the 'Amount' value set
• Reduce Subtotal By Amount
  • Reduces Scheduled Order subtotal by the currency amount according to the 'Amount' value set
• Reduce Shipping By Percentage
  • Reduces Scheduled Order shipping rate total by percentage according to the 'Amount' value set
• Reduce Shipping By Amount
  • Reduces Scheduled Order shipping rate total by the currency amount according to the 'Amount' value set
• Set Shipping To Amount
  • Sets shipping rate total to the amount specified for the 'Amount' value set
• Reduce Product Price By Percentage
  • Reduces the price for each of the product targeted by the percentage according to the 'Amount' value set
  • Must select a product
• Reduce Product Price By Amount
  • Reduces the price for each of the product targeted by the currency amount according to the 'Amount' value set

Discount Settings

• Coupon Amount/Percentage (required)
  • The amount of the discount used to calculate based on DiscountType

Additional Coupon Type Settings

• Reduce Subtotal By Percentage

  • Maximum Percentage Discount Amount
    • Maximum (currency) discount amount allowed for a single customer's Scheduled Order(s) before coupon is no longer valid for customer

• Reduce Subtotal By Amount

  • Limit discount
    • Coupon discount cannot exceed the total value of the Scheduled Order (subtotal must be 0 or more)
  • Do not limit discount
    • Coupon can exceed subtotal, credit will carry forward until the entire amount of the discount is applied).
    • Use with recurring discounts to apply remaining credit automatically.

Recurring Discounts

• Apply the discount to all future Scheduled Orders
  • Coupon will apply to all future processing cycles unless removed
• Apply the discount for the next __ Scheduled Order Cycles
  • Coupon will only apply to the number of successful processing cycles listed
  • Once the cycle count is met, the coupon will no longer be valid
• Not Recurring. Apply the discount one-time only
  • Coupon will only apply to the next successful processing cycle before it will no longer be valid

Advanced Options

• Is Stackable
  • Default: FALSE
  • Identifies if coupon may be used with other Qpilot coupons
• Expiration Date
  • Date after which the coupon cannot be applied to Scheduled Orders
  • Date Format: 'mm-dd-yyyy'

Conversion Limits

• Maximum Uses Per Customer
  • Maximum times a customer's Scheduled Order(s) may process successfully (with the coupon applied), before the coupon is no longer valid to be used by the customer
  • Default: 1
  • Leave empty for 'unlimited'
• Maximum Overal Uses
  • Limit the total overall number of times that this coupon can be assigned to any Scheduled Order for all customers
  • Leave empty for 'unlimited'

Match Conditions

Cycles

• Min Scheduled Order Cycles
  • Minimum times a Scheduled Order is successfully processed before coupon may be applied
• Max Scheduled Order Cycle
  • Maximum times a Scheduled Order is successfully processed before coupon is no longer valid

Shipping Address

• Country
  • Limit coupon to customers with Shipping Addresses within a specific country
• State
  • Limit coupon to customers with Shipping Addresses within a specific state
• City
  • Limit coupon to customers with Shipping Addresses within a specific city
• Postcode
  • Limit coupon to customers with Shipping Addresses within a specific postcode

Items

• Min Units
  • Minimum number of Scheduled Order items required for coupon to apply
• Min Subtotal
  • Minimum subtotal of Scheduled Order required for coupon to apply
• Min Weight
  • Minimum weight of a Scheduled Order before coupon is valid for the Scheduled Order
• Max Weight
  • Maximum weight of a Scheduled Order before coupon is no longer valid for the Scheduled Order
• Unit of Weight
  • Weight units Min / Max weights are measured in
  • QPilot automatically converts and calculates item weights for weight-based validations

Customers

• Include all customers
  • Does not limit the coupon by customer emails
• Include only specific customer emails
  • List of customer emails that the coupon is valid for (included customers)
• Exclude specific customer emails
  • List of customer emails for which coupon is not valid for (excluded customers)
