Authorize.net: E00007 User Authentication Failed Due To Invalid Authentication Values
What This Means
This error occurs when the Login ID and Transaction Key you have entered into QPilot > Sites > Payment Integrations to connect your Authorize.Net payment gateway are not valid.
When you create a payment integration in QPilot with the API login ID and Transaction Key unique to your account, Authorize.Net recognises it as a trusted application and processes transaction information with it.
Common Causes For This Error
- Your Authorize.Net API Login ID and/or Transaction Key are wrong
- Your Authorize.Net API Login ID and/or Transaction Key were updated and are no longer valid
Note: You can obtain your API Login ID and Transaction Key by logging into the Authorize.Net Merchant Interface.
Suggested Next Steps
- Confirm your correct Authorize.Net API Login ID and Transaction Key
- Update the payment integration in QPilot by visiting QPilot > Site > Payment Integrations
After Resolving the Issue
Once this issue is resolved, you should use the action to Restart Processing the Failed Scheduled Order.
