This error occurs when the settings and API keys used to setup your payment gateway integration are incorrect or have become invalid and can no longer be used.
This can also occur if there is an issue with the configuration with your processor.
Verify that your Merchant Id and API keys are correct and setup for the correct payment environment by logging into your NMI gateway.
Check that the Merchant Id and API keys that you have used to setup NMI in your connected QPilot Site (in QPilot > Site > Payment Integrations) are correct.
Contact NMI support or your Merchant Processor to verify the status of your merchant account configuration.
Once this issue is resolved, you should use the action to Restart Processing the Failed Scheduled Order.
