There was a timeout on CyberSource's server and the status of the transaction is unknown.
You will need to log in to your payment gateway to verify if a payment has been processed successfully or not.
To avoid a duplicate transaction, first, check your the CyberSource Business Center for a processed payment for this Scheduled Order using the Transaction Id (below).
- If the payment was successful, ensure that the next occurrence date for the Scheduled Order is updated to the accurate future next occurrence date (by checking the frequency of the Scheduled Order) and update the status of the Scheduled Order to "Active".
If the transaction was not paid successfully in CyberSource, and you wish to retry processing the payment, you can Restart Processing the Failed Scheduled Order.
