3008: Subscription Sync Error

What This Means

This error means the Scheduled Order is out of sync with the store you have connected to QPilot. When QPilot asked the connected store to create the Order, the store could not match the subscription, contract, or Customer it needed, so no Order could be created.

  • Created Order Status: None
    • The store could not locate the subscription, contract, or Customer required to build the Order, so no Order was created.
  • Payment Processing Status: No request to a payment gateway was made.
  • Scheduled Order Status: Failed
    • This is a Processing error, so the Scheduled Order status is set to "Failed" after the connected store is unable to match the required records.

Common Causes

  • The subscription / contract, Customer, or Scheduled Order could not be found on the store.
  • The mapping between QPilot and the store's subscription record is broken or stale (for example, the record was deleted, replaced, or re-created on the store).

Suggested Next Steps

  1. Review the Processing Cycle for the Scheduled Order to confirm which record the store was unable to match.
  2. Re-sync the subscription with the connected store, or confirm that the corresponding contract and Customer still exist on the store.
    • If the record was removed or replaced on the store, the mapping to QPilot needs to be restored so the store can match the subscription again.

After Resolving The Issue

  1. Once the records are aligned between QPilot and the connected store, use the action to Restart Processing the Failed Scheduled Order.
