3005: Shipping Address Needs Attention

What This Means

This error means that the order could not be fulfilled because the shipping address on the Scheduled Order is invalid or not serviceable. When QPilot requested that your connected client (website or application) create and fulfill the order, the store's fulfillment or shipping validation rejected it because of a problem with the shipping address.

  • Created Order Status: Unknown
    • The order could not be created because the shipping address was rejected during fulfillment validation.
  • Payment Processing Status: No request to a payment gateway has been made
  • Scheduled Order Status: Failed
    • This is a Processing error, so the Scheduled Order status is set to "Failed" after the shipping address is rejected.

Common Causes

  • The shipping address is incomplete, invalid, or outside your supported shipping zones.
  • Fulfillment or shipping validation at your store rejected the address.

Suggested Next Steps

  1. Review the Scheduled Order's Processing Cycle to see the shipping address and the details of why it was rejected.
    • This can help you identify whether the address is incomplete, contains an error, or falls outside the shipping zones your store supports.
  2. Ask the Customer to correct their shipping address on the Scheduled Order.
    • Confirm the corrected address is complete and falls within an area your store is able to ship to.

After Resolving The Issue

Once the shipping address has been corrected, use the action to Restart Processing the Failed Scheduled Order.
