3007: Store Configuration Error

What This Means

This error means the Scheduled Order could not be processed because of a store or payment-gateway configuration problem — not because of a problem with your customer's payment method. Something about how your store or payment provider is set up prevented QPilot from completing the order.

  • Payment Processing Status: No payment was processed.
    • Because of the configuration problem, the request could not be completed with your payment provider.
  • Scheduled Order Status: Failed
    • This is a Processing error, so the Scheduled Order status is set to "Failed" until the configuration issue is corrected.

Common Causes For This Error

  • Your payment provider isn't enabled, is still in test mode, or is otherwise misconfigured for this store.
  • Currency, account, or gateway settings are incompatible with this order.

Suggested Next Steps

  1. Review your store's payment and gateway configuration.
    • Confirm that your payment provider is enabled and set to live (not test) mode for this store.
    • Check that your account, currency, and gateway settings are compatible with the order that failed. Reviewing the Scheduled Order's Processing Cycle can help you confirm the details of the order that failed.
  2. Correct the misconfigured setting.
    • Because this is a store/gateway configuration issue, no action is needed from your customer and their saved payment method does not need to be updated.

After Resolving The Issue

Once the configuration setting has been fixed, you should use the action to Restart Processing the Failed Scheduled Order.
