Authorize.net: E00007 User Authentication Failed Due To Invalid Authentication Values

What This Means

This error occurs when the Login ID and Transaction Key you have entered into QPilot > Sites > Payment Integrations to connect your Authorize.Net payment gateway are not valid.

When you create a payment integration in QPilot with the API login ID and Transaction Key unique to your account, Authorize.Net recognises it as a trusted application and processes transaction information with it.

Common Causes For This Error

Your Authorize.Net API Login ID and/or Transaction Key are wrong
Your Authorize.Net API Login ID and/or Transaction Key were updated and are no longer valid

Note: You can obtain your API Login ID and Transaction Key by logging into the Authorize.Net Merchant Interface.

Suggested Next Steps

Confirm your correct Authorize.Net API Login ID and Transaction Key
Update the payment integration in QPilot by visiting QPilot > Site > Payment Integrations

After Resolving the Issue

Once this issue is resolved, you should use the action to Restart Processing the Failed Scheduled Order.
